By using Waseala, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate account, student, teacher, and booking information.

Lessons and credits

• Lessons are subject to teacher availability and platform rules
• Credits are used to confirm lesson bookings
• Refunds follow published cancellation and refund policies

Teacher responsibilities

Teachers are responsible for accurate availability, lesson details, appropriate conduct, and delivering booked Arabic, Quran, or Islamic Studies lessons professionally.

Student and family responsibilities

Students and families are responsible for joining lessons on time, providing accurate learner information, and respecting teacher and platform policies.

Account and access

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate platform policies, misuse services, or create unsafe experiences for students, families, or teachers.
