Delete your account and data.
This page applies to the YalaBeena app and yalabeena.com accounts.
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest)
- Sign in to the YalaBeena app
- Open your Profile, then Profile Details
- Choose “Delete Account” and confirm
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”: support@yalabeena.com.
We will verify the request and confirm once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile details, and profile photo
- Your in-app messages
- Your remaining credit balance (deletion is permanent and the balance is not recoverable)
Some booking and payment records must be retained for a limited period to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations; they are deleted when that period ends and are not used for any other purpose.
Timing
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
